Acceptable use policy

Campaigns we will not run

• Tokens designed to defraud. A launch built to take deposits and disappear, a contract with a hidden mint or transfer restriction, or liquidity arranged so buyers cannot sell.
• Impersonation. Tokens using a real person’s identity, a company’s brand, or an existing project’s name to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
• Tokens you have no right to promote. If it is not your launch and you are not authorised by whoever runs it, we are not the right service.
• Sanctions and financial crime. Anything connected to sanctioned parties or jurisdictions, to laundering proceeds, or to funding terrorism.
• Illegal subject matter. Tokens promoting child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, weapons trafficking, hard drugs, violence against a person or group, or content unlawful where you or we operate.
• Targeted abuse. Tokens created to harass, defame or expose a private individual.
• Anything presented as a security or an investment return. If a token is being marketed as yield, profit sharing or a return on capital, it is not a launch we will amplify.

Conduct on the service

• Do not attempt to bypass pricing, forge a payment reference, or reuse a transaction signature across orders.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site, its API or its infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent what a Curvegrad campaign delivers to your own community or buyers.
• Do not use a campaign as a component of a scheme to mislead buyers about who is trading a token. A campaign is a marketing spend, and describing it as organic demand to your holders is on you, not on us.

What we check

We are a small operation, not a compliance department, and we do not pretend to audit every mint. What we do is look at the token before a campaign starts, act on credible reports, and stop anything that turns out to fall under the list above.

We may refuse or halt a campaign without notice. Where we refuse before execution, the payment is returned under the refunds policy. Where a campaign is halted because of a breach of this policy, the delivered portion stands and the remainder is not refunded.

Reporting a token

If a token running a campaign on this service breaches this policy, send the mint address and what you have seen to hello@curvegrad.com. On-chain evidence, a signature, a contract address, a transaction, gets looked at fastest, because it can be checked rather than argued about.

Changes

This policy is updated as the space produces new ways to misuse a tool like this. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and it forms part of the terms of service for every campaign run through Curvegrad.
