Contact
One inbox, read by the people who operate the engine. No ticket system, no chatbot, no sales pipeline.
hello@curvegrad.com reaches us for everything: campaign questions, a payment that did not match, a correction to a guide, a report under the acceptable use policy, or a privacy request.
We aim to reply within one business day, and within three at the outside. A message about a running campaign gets looked at before anything else.
What to include
Almost every question about a campaign can be answered in one reply if the message contains the things that let us look at the same records you are looking at:
- The mint address of the token, if the question is about a campaign or a token.
- The payment signature and the order reference, if the question is about money.
- The wallet address you paid from, if you want funds returned anywhere.
Screenshots are the slowest way to describe a problem on a public chain. A signature is faster and it settles the question.
Before you write
Three questions come up constantly, and they are answered in full already:
- What does a campaign actually deliver? The risk disclaimer states the line between what is guaranteed and what is not.
- What happens if delivery falls short? The refunds and cancellation policy sets out the three remedies.
- What do you store about me? The privacy policy lists it, and the list is short.
Corrections and press
If a guide is wrong, say so and we will fix it. Our sourcing, editorial standards and corrections policy are on the about page. Press and partnership enquiries go to the same address, with “press” in the subject line.
What we will never ask you for
No message from Curvegrad will ever ask for your seed phrase, a private key, a wallet password or a token approval. There is no situation in which support needs any of those, and anyone asking for them is not us. Payment addresses are only ever shown inside the console on an order you created, never sent by email or by direct message.
