Terms of service

Last updated August 31, 2026hello@curvegrad.com

These terms govern your use of Curvegrad and any campaign you order through it. Ordering a campaign means you accept them.

1. What the service is

Curvegrad executes trading activity for a Solana token you nominate. A campaign consists of real swaps, settled on Solana mainnet, spread across a fleet of wallets we operate, within the volume, wallet count and duration you selected before paying. Optional social activity, comments, watchlist adds and creator follows, may be included at no additional charge.

Curvegrad is a trading-activity tool. It is not an exchange, not a broker, not a custodian, not an investment product and not a financial adviser. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation or any wallet provider.

2. Eligibility

By using Curvegrad you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You are acting for yourself or for an entity you are authorised to bind, and the funds you use are lawfully yours.
  • You are not located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not on any applicable sanctions list.
  • Using a service of this kind is lawful where you are. That assessment is yours to make, not ours.

3. No account, no custody

There is no registration, no password and no stored balance. You connect a Solana wallet, which shares your public address with the site, and you authorise exactly one transfer to pay for a campaign. Curvegrad never requests a seed phrase, never requests a private key, never requests a token approval, and never holds authority over your wallet or your token supply.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet. A transaction you sign is yours, and we cannot reverse it.

4. Ordering and payment

  1. You configure a campaign and the full cost is displayed before anything is signed.
  2. The price is a flat 2% of the target volume. The minimum campaign size is 50 SOL of target volume.
  3. You send a single SOL payment to the address shown on the order. The order carries a reference key so the payment can be matched to it automatically.
  4. Payment quotes expire. If a quote expires before it is paid, request a new one rather than sending to an old address.

Payments are made on a public blockchain and are final once confirmed. Sending an incorrect amount, sending to an address from an expired order, or sending from an exchange account rather than a wallet you control may make an order impossible to match. Contact us with the transaction signature if that happens and we will try to resolve it, but a confirmed on-chain transfer cannot be undone by us.

5. Delivery

A campaign begins after payment is confirmed on-chain and runs across the window you selected. Execution depends on Solana itself. Network congestion, validator issues, RPC outages, changes to Pump.fun or PumpSwap contracts, or a token that becomes untradeable can delay or interrupt a campaign. Where that happens we complete the remaining activity once the condition clears, or, if completion is impossible, we deal with it under section 7.

Every swap in a campaign is a real transaction with a signature. You can verify delivery yourself in any Solana explorer, and we encourage it.

6. What is guaranteed and what is not

Guaranteed: the volume, wallet count, duration and social activity stated on your order are delivered on-chain, or the shortfall is remedied under section 7.

The Trending package. Where a package is sold with a trending guarantee, the guarantee is limited and specific: if the campaign is delivered in full and the token does not appear on a Pump.fun trending surface at any point during the campaign window, we re-run an equivalent campaign once at no charge. The remedy is a re-run, not a payment. It does not apply where the token is delisted, flagged, migrated away, rendered untradeable, or where the creator sells into the campaign or otherwise works against it.

Not guaranteed, ever: that anyone buys your token, that its price rises, that it reaches graduation, that it holds a ranking position, that holders are retained, or that any third-party platform behaves in a particular way. Volume, trade count, unique wallets and recency are inputs we can move. Demand is not.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A campaign cannot be cancelled once execution has started, because the underlying swaps and network fees have been committed. The full policy, including what happens to an undelivered or partially delivered campaign, is set out in the refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to promote the token you nominate, and that doing so does not breach any law or any rule of a platform you use.
  • You will not use Curvegrad for a token designed to defraud, for a project you intend to abandon after raising funds, or in furtherance of any scheme prohibited by the acceptable use policy.
  • You are responsible for any tax, reporting or disclosure obligation that applies to you.

We may refuse or stop a campaign, without notice, where we believe it breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy. Where a refusal happens before execution, the payment is returned.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its code and the guides published on it belong to Curvegrad. You may read, quote and link to the guides with attribution. You may not copy the site or republish substantial parts of the content as your own.

10. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curvegrad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, for the market value of any token, or for the acts of any third party including blockchains, RPC providers, wallets and launch platforms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for a campaign is the version published when the campaign was ordered, and the last-updated date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Material changes do not apply retroactively to campaigns already paid for.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms go to hello@curvegrad.com. Include a mint address or a transaction signature where one is relevant, because it lets us look at the same record you are looking at.
