Privacy policy
Curvegrad has no accounts, asks for no personal details and stores as little as a campaign can be run with. This page says exactly what that is.
The short version
- No sign-up, no password, no name, no email address required to use the service.
- No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, no data sold or rented to anyone.
- What we hold is a public wallet address, a token mint address, the campaign settings you chose and the transaction signature that paid for it. All of it is already public on Solana.
1. What we collect
Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, the wallet shares your public Solana address with the site. Curvegrad does not request a signature to log you in, and connecting gives the site no ability to move your funds.
Order data. The mint address you nominate, the volume, wallet count, duration and social settings you chose, the price quoted, the payment address issued to you, a random reference key used to match the payment, and the signature of the transaction that paid.
Technical logs. Like any website, our servers and our network provider record requests: IP address, timestamp, user agent, the page requested. These are ordinary security and reliability logs.
What we never collect. Seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, payment card details, government identity documents, or any special category of personal data. We do not ask for them and there is no field on this site that would accept them.
If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as needed to answer you.
2. Why we hold it
- To run the campaign you paid for. A campaign cannot execute without a mint address and settings, and a payment cannot be matched without its reference and signature.
- To keep the service working and secure. Logs are how abuse, outages and fraud against the payment flow are detected.
- To meet legal obligations, where one applies to a record of a transaction.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, our legal basis is performance of a contract for order data, and legitimate interests for security logs.
3. The blockchain part
Solana is a public ledger. Your payment, its amount, its sender and its recipient are visible to anyone, permanently, and this is a property of the network rather than a choice we made. Nobody, including us, can delete or amend a confirmed transaction. Every swap a campaign performs is likewise public.
If on-chain visibility matters to you, that is worth understanding before you pay rather than after.
4. Who else is involved
- Your wallet provider and, where you connect over WalletConnect, the connection relay it uses. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies.
- Our RPC provider, which relays reads and transactions to Solana. Requests include addresses and signatures, because that is what an RPC call contains.
- Our hosting and network provider, which processes requests to serve the site and holds the technical logs described above.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, because we do not run advertising. We disclose data to an authority only where a valid legal obligation requires it.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Wallet connection libraries store connection state in your browser so a session survives a page reload. The detail is in the cookie policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Order records: kept while a campaign runs and for a reasonable period afterwards so a dispute can be checked against the chain.
- Technical logs: short-lived, retained only as long as they are useful for security and reliability.
- Email correspondence: until the matter is closed.
- On-chain data: permanent, and outside anyone’s control.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, write to hello@curvegrad.com from an address we can associate with your order, or quote the payment signature.
Two honest limits. We cannot delete anything from Solana. And because we hold no identity data, a request that does not reference an order or an address may be one we simply cannot connect to any record.
If you are in the UK or the EEA and you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. We would rather you told us first.
8. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process data belonging to a minor. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will remove what we hold.
9. International transfers
The site and its providers operate across borders, so data may be processed outside your country. Where that involves a transfer from the UK or the EEA, it is made on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with the provider concerned.
10. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version. For anything privacy related, write to hello@curvegrad.com, which reaches the people who operate Curvegrad rather than a ticket queue.
